Class Schedule Begins January 2023

Mindful Yoga: gentle movement sequences that will include breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation. This class objective is to increase awareness and mindfulness while syncing breath and body as is to calm the nervous system. Through a functional movement approach, this gentle practice is focused on the joint's health. There is no weight-bearing through the knees or wrists. Chairs are available.

Vinyasa Flow: Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and during the transitions between poses. Individuals new to yoga, and those who have been practicing for years will enjoy deepening their practice becoming more centered and balanced.

Chair Yoga: A chair is use as a prop for support, balance, or advancing the pose as appropriate for each student. All are welcome to this class. No Yoga
experience needed.

Gentle Vinyasa: Specifically designed for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing
sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
